Preparation method:

Bottle: add very cold water up to the mark on the bottle. Shake happily. The more the better!

Makes 250ml (according to our suggested marking on the bottle) to 330ml (total volume of the bottle).

Refill: comes with a measuring spoon - dilute 1 measuring spoon in 250 ml of cold water. We recommend shaking with your bottle or mixer for better texture.

A refill with 17 portions prepares 4 to 5 liters.

Note: dilution changes the flavor to be more or less intense, but not the nutritional delivery.
