Shipping policy

Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address.

Delivery times and prices vary depending on the destination and are calculated automatically at the time of purchase.

An estimate of the maximum delivery time is provided to you on the order completion page, after entering the zip code of the delivery address.

In any case, the deadline only begins after your order has been approved. Shipping costs for your purchases vary according to the location, weight and volume of the products. To calculate the shipping cost to be paid, simply choose the product, click on Buy and enter the zip code of the delivery location on the checkout page.

The delivery period is counted from the confirmation of payment by the responsible financial institution.

For payments made using a bank slip, the slip may be cleared within 3 (three) business days, with the order being dispatched for delivery only after bank clearance.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be registered on the first subsequent business day.

Our deliveries are made through the Post Office with Sedex and PAC services, depending on the customer's choice at the time of purchase.

If the customer, for any reason, authorizes his/her order to be delivered to administrators, managers, doormen or caretakers, he/she will be aware of Frutificado's exemption from any liability regarding violation, loss or misplacement of the merchandise duly delivered to them, should this occur.

In case of an error in the contracted logistics or by Frutificado, your order will be resent at no additional cost. The same rule applies to cases of loss or theft of the cargo.

In case of absence of the recipient, the carriers are committed to making up to 02 (two) delivery attempts. If all attempts made are not effective, the product will be returned to the Distribution Center.

We do not deliver to PO boxes. There must be an authorized person at the location to receive the item(s), as it is necessary to check upon delivery that the merchandise is as ordered. If (and only if) the product is in perfect condition, sign the Proof of Receipt and the Term of Conformity (it is important that both documents are signed). If the product presents any discrepancy, refuse delivery and contact Frutificado immediately.

It is very important that the customer is aware of the delivery of the order, log in with your username and password on the My Account page. On the login page there is a summary of your purchase. To check all the information, simply click on the order number.

Can I change the delivery address? Once the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to change the delivery address for your order. Therefore, please check it to avoid possible errors. It is not possible to change the delivery address to another ZIP code range due to the variation in shipping costs and tax rates that have already been collected, such as ICMS (Tax on the Circulation of Goods and Services).

If there is a need to change information after the invoice has been issued, it will be necessary to place a new order and cancel/refund the original order.

After the request date, Frutificado has up to 30 (thirty) days to make the refund, when due.

Situations not covered by this policy will be analyzed individually by our team.

Important:

Situations that may result in delays in delivery/automatic return:

Inconsistency in the data provided in the registration: in this case, the order may be automatically returned by the carrier, requiring reshipment;

Difficulties in confirming registration to release the order;

Absence of a responsible person at the delivery location: in this case, the order may be automatically returned by the carrier, requiring reshipment;

Area considered at risk by the Post Office;

Refusal to receive the goods by third parties: in this case, the order may be automatically returned by the carrier, requiring reshipment;

Theft, damage, loss;

Change of address;

Tax analysis carried out by the Federal Revenue Service to check the cargo and invoice. This process may take up to 72 hours;

Natural factors such as rain and accidents, among others.

Product availability: depends on the relationship between the quantity of an item in stock, its sales volume and the supplier's replenishment time. While browsing the website, you can see the product availability next to the Buy button.

PRE-SALE: Frutificado is always looking for new products for you. Periodically, you can find products on the website for pre-sale, that is, new releases that have not yet arrived in Fruti's stock but that you can purchase in advance. These products will be delivered from the date of the launch.

All products are stored in special packaging in order to guarantee their quality and prevent damage during transport.

Frutificado reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt to changes in legislation or case law, or in relation to business practices. In any case, Fruti will publish on its website, through this page or other means of communication, the changes introduced with reasonable notice before they are put into effect.
